Drs. Iyad and Zeyad Baker spent over seven years building and scaling high-performing multi-specialty medical groups before a successful exit to UnitedHealth Group. They later operated inside Optum as market CEOs, gaining deep insight into healthcare system inefficiencies and opportunities.

Today, that operational expertise is embedded directly into BVG partnerships.
